Morton Bay Bugs on Truffled Risotto

At Christmas we received a lovely gift from a lovely friend. This gift was a tray filled with truffled products which consisted of an array of pasta, risotto, oil, glazing sauce and truffled cream paste. I was beside myself in thinking of all the dishes I can create from all of these goodies. So first up, risotto. Risotto can be paired with just about any meat and vegetable.
