Most Asians love dim sum or yum cha. Being Asian, I crave dim sum all the time. For me, it’s about the being able to enjoy many morsels of different dishes at one meal. To be honest, the dishes are pretty much the same, no matter if you go to the finest establishment or to the cheap and cheerful.
