Sri Lankan Curry

Not sure if we have ever specified, that I am Singaporean by birth. My curry experiences have mainly been Singaporean and Malaysian curries. I have been exposed to Indian cuisine and their delectable curries, who hasn’t, unless of course you are one of those people who shy away from a bit of spiciness (most people think Indian curries are spicy), but I don’t think I have had the pleasure of someone distinguishing for me the delightfulness of a Sri Lankan curry. OSSO BUCCO TORTELLINI

This time, I saw this lovely idea on Instagram. My husband is not a fan of the traditional osso bucco dish but he does love pasta so I thought I could cook this dish and just figure out how to stuff osso bucco into pasta. And with further thought, I figured that tortellini is just an Italian version of an Asian dumpling, right? And since I am not going to be making pasta, I will use wanton skins instead. I also have another challenge to overcome, how to wrap the tortellini so the filling does not fall out. CHICKEN DISHES

Don’t know about you but when I am stuck home with no social plans to fill my pleasure time, all I think about is how to be creative about what to cook next. Not to mention, I do follow a few great chefs on Facebook and Instagram so when I see their posts on what they have cooked each day, it is difficult not be inspired to crank the stoves.

My husband loves chicken, so I cook a lot of chicken. Here are a few chicken dishes to inspire your taste buds.
